My Comcast's bill is always due on tthe 1st of the month. I pay via my bank's electronic payment service. This service does not pay on Saturday or Sunday, traditionally non-banking days. I should not incur a late fee when the due date falls on a Saturday or Sunday! Isn't that correct?
Solved! Go to solution
when you use your banks electronic payment system have it arrive on the friday before or monday after.
I just spoke with a Joeseph on the phone and he told me that payment on a bill is not late within 10 business days hence obviously not incuring a late payment fee.
Checking to see if this is actually true and to document it since you have to do that a lot with Comcast because nobody knows what is going on and can't remember what they said.
Thanks.
