Retention for loyalty customers

Can SOMEONE please help me lower my bill! It has reached a ridiculous 246.00 a month. I bundle tv, internet and home phone and it has now surpassed my electric bill. I have been a customer for multiple years and an no longer afford the outrageous price. My brother has dish TV all the same channels/package and pays 78.00 a month.
