Requesting Credit for Loss of Service Due to Hurricane Irma

My Xfinity service (both TV and Internet) was completely out for over 8 days due to Hurricane Irma.  It first went out on the morning of Sunday, September 10 and was not restored until the evening of Monday, September 18.  Can I please receive a credit for this time without any service?  Thank you.
