Remove 2 premium channels

Remove 2 premium channels

I removed 2 premium channels with change date 5/31/17 and received a confirmation number but they still show on my bill. how can i get refunded for these incorrect charges?
I posted this about a month ago but it would not allow me to reply to it or send a private message so I closed it and created a new topic so I can get this addressed correctly
