We over paid Comcast by $180.00 I sent a payment in not knowing when we requested a 6 month freeze we were told we must return our equipment. We had done this several times before without returning equipment. So when we returned our boxes they went ahead and cancelled our account. Meantime you recieved my payment for $186.00. We were given credit for $6.00 but not $186.00 We have been with Comcast for as long as they have been in business and were not planning to cancel. When we returned and had not gotten our credit we went with a different carrier. We have spoken to customer service many times and no one can help us.

We are seniors on a fixed income and $180.00 means something.
