Reducing my bill

I have repeatedly tried to reduce my bill since March of 2017. I have called customer solutions and all they did was increase the bill. I have explained that I'm dealing with financial Issues at this time. A new customer can basically receive the same package I currently have for half the price. I am a long time customer, who is getting beat up by your company. If someone can not help me I will be forced to change service providers. It is actually cheaper for me to pay the early termination fee then it is to pay my bill. 

I would hope that there is a solution to this and someone will respond to this message.
