Readjusting my bill

My current bill that was activated October 9th, 2017 for *removing personal information*. I have received a shut-off notice 10/26/17 to be shut off 10/26/17. I have had service from 10/09/17 to 10/26/17. I have been charged for 43 days and it has recently been turn on. I would appreciate if my bill can be readjusted from 10/09/17 until now! Currently your asking for ***.00, and it shouldn't be that and due for shut off. My email is *removing persaonl information* . i would appreciate if someone from Billing Department would call me concerning this matter. *removing personal information*
