I also signed up for auto pay and eco bill. I signed up for new service in July of 2016 for 39.99 a month for internet. I set the account to auto pay and eco and did receive my 10 discount for the 12 month promo period but when the promo ended in July 2017 I lost my 10 dollar discount. I am being charged 79.99 for my internet. Can someone help me with this because it seems like an easy fix that shouldn't require multiple phone calls and call backs which never happen.
