Online bill pay is not working here either, I've tried submitting a payment almost every single day for the past week, with no luck at all.  Every time I click submit payment, it loops back to the previous page.  I've tried different computers, different browsers, phones, ipads, etc. and it happens on each device/browser.  I've used Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Safari.  Same problem in each.  I read a thread from 2013 where people reported that they were finally able to pay by using the Firefox browser... however, I'm not downloading that old junky browser just to pay my Comcast bill.  Is this a widespread problem, or is it just me??  My bill is due in 7 days, so I still have time but I'm not going to spend an hour on the phone to get it resolved... I just keep plugging away and trying online every other day.

Hello @dtsuther. We apologize you were experiencing trouble using our online payment service. Have you tried to clear your web browsers web history, cache, and cookies?
