Mine too had crept up, so I decrease the monthly bill by quite a bit by going with a promotional package that was going on (yes, you are eligible). Anyway, I changed mid month.    .2 weeks later I get a bill with my old rate, for an upcoming month and service.  Called, after our conversation, rep said it was resolved. I asked to be sent the correct bil then, so I could pay it. He said he'd send it to my email, my preferred email address which I'd already requested they use (not the Comcast one), and gave it to him again.  Week later- still no email. So to avoid any possible late charges due to no fault of my own, I log into my comcast acct and guess what ?   No changes had been made.  Contacted them again.  By end of call,they said it was resolved. We'll see, still not received a confirmation email or corrected bill
