Re: detailed billing (bundle breakdown)

Re: detailed billing (bundle breakdown)

I'm looking for this information as well. And can't seem to get it any where. Haven't gotten any useful information. I love my Comcast but when I log in all I get is add on bundles and it's frustrating. I just want a breakdown of the different packages. There must be just basic, simple print outs containg the prices and channels of all the bundles. How can I get this information on line or have it mailed to me?

Re: detailed billing (bundle breakdown)

Hi kst1. I can help you locate the Comcast products and services rate card for your area. This is printed on the PDF version of your billing statement (accessible online) about once per year, or when there is a change. If you need help reviewing your statements for this, please send me a private message and include your full name, service address, and account number so I can assist you.
