I'm stuck in the same vise.  I deleted all my secondary users - but apparently they are still kept (somewhere).  I can't add the mobile phone number to my account.

I can help add your mobile number to the account. Please send me a private message verifying following information: 

  • First and last name of the account holder
  • Primary phone number on the account
  • The street address associated with your services
  • Full account number
