I'm having the same issue. No one, I mean no one, can help. I've chatted 4 times and called twice and still the same issue.

Hi jeboye2 -- I can help with your account issue. Is the email you're using the same one that's linked to your forums user name?

I'm also having the same issue. I started new services a month ago and haven't been able to log in and access my account once. This has been true of desktop and mobile app. I know I have a bill to pay but...I can't see it or pay it. I naively selected "paperfree billing" when I got this set up.

I am also having this problem.

When I click on "No thanks, take me to my account management," it then leads me to an error page... I need help please.
