I agree, Comcast should offer loyal customers the opportunity to lower our costs or in some other way reward customer loyalty. Otherwise, what is the incentive to remain a Comcast customer? Right now, the exact same bundle that I currently have and pay for diligently is being promoted to new customers for a full $35 less/month. That significant cost difference is unacceptable. I cannot afford to continue paying the rate that I am currently, and if I cannot find a way to lower my monthly bill, I will be forced to cancel the service altogether.
