I posted on the customer support site as well about xfinity going up on my rate as well. They would not offer any packages for tv and internet that was not sky high. After 3 operators and a supervisor who refused to get me a better package, I told them to cancel everything. I was not aware that you could just get internet service without tv. How can I do that. Taking box back this week unless someone will help.
