I have been getting the same email from Steven once a week for the past two months. I just called into Comcast and they said I owed a router, I told them that I had returned all my equipment 2 months ago and have a receipt of all the serial numbers in front of me. After checking with Billing, they confirmed that I don't owe anything and everything was returned properly to them. I wish the messages from Steven May would stop, but Comcast said there was nothing they could do for me and said to just wait for them to stop. If someone from Comcast could confirm and provide receipt via an email or something that I don't owe any equipment as I have the receipt in front of me right here, that would be great - also, if Steven would stop emailing me too, that would be even better.
