Having the same issue. new customer packages/deals are fully displayed on the Comcast website and the deals are amazing. But for someone that has been with Comcast for more than 10 years, the deals are not only online, they're pretty bad.  Since I have to be a new customer to use these prices the only way to do that is leave Comcast.

Hello HomerJSimpson. As you may have seen, we are aware of the known issue with existing customers being able to view and select packages online, and we're working on a fix. Currently we have no ETR. I can assist with a review of the promotional offers available to your account. Please send me a private message and include your full name, service address, and account number so I can access your account.

Seriously folks- the pricing is out of control and completely ridiculous.  My promotional period ended (was already VERY overpriced at $111 for internet and cable) and now the bill is over $140?!  You've lost a customer as soon as I can find an acceptable internet solution.  Will be shopping around during this holiday week.

 

Incredible greed.  I never should have consented to paying $111, but at least now you've kicked me into gear with this unbelievable increase.
