Interestingly enough, if you call on Sunday to cancel, the office is suddenly "closed". However if you call back and say you want to add services, you get through to an agent???

I've been a comcast customer for nearly 20 years and I'm done with the game - bait and switch, auto renew at ludicrous prices, always having to call and ask for a "customer retention specialist" jsut to get the same package offered to non-loyal new customers.  Done with it.  Can't wait for ala carte competitors to enter the market.
