In the same boat.  It's sad companies aren't in the business of rewarding loyalty.  I just tried to reduce my bill and was told they 'may' have some promotions in December, but couldn't say if they would be for existing customers.  Even tried to upsell me to a more expensive package!  Now time to start shopping around. Tired of prices creeping up.
