Re: Billing Promotions -- are EXISTING, LONG TERM customers ever valued?

I am in a similar situation I do not understand why long term customers of multiple years do not get any deals. I tried calling this evening and even the account retention rep did not care what so ever.

I have the same issue. My bill have increased from 139  to 160 in three months. No new service just an increase without warning. Not cool!
