I have the same issue. I contacted our local Comcast rep who set us up with the account when we move here 2 years ago. He said to contact him when the 2 years was up for a new promo. I started contacting him back in September. It has been one excuse and lie after another. First they were busy because of students moving into the college dorms. Then it was he did not hear back from people. Then he was going to call me back. That was a month ago. Meanwhile our bill has gone sky high. We have been Comcast customers for about 10 years. It gets really tiring having to deal with this stuff every year or two. It would be nice if they gave great deals to loyal customers. Plus it would be nice if Comcast employees followed up with you when they said they would. Right now I am pretty disgusted and ready to look for service elsewhere.

I never got a solution since the package I was offered cost more than my current package.
