I have been getting discounted every year and it seems my promotion period is up. Last year i was given a rate of $99 a month that slowly crept up to $106 plus free Showtime. I added a second box so the bill jumped to $116, but this month my bill is $158.76. I sent a PM to the person that has been renewing my special rate but it's been a week and I haven't heard back. I was hoping someone could contact me to work something out. Thank you.
