Preferred Triple Play went up $30, can't afford Comcast anymore

We've been with Comcast over 10 years and we can't deal with the promotional offers starting and stopping anymore.  Think it's time to look at other options, including OTA for tv, where HD is free and better quality. When almost 1-1/2 days pay goes to a cable bill, something is very wrong.  A phone we never use, no preimum tv channels, no extras of any kind.  The past week has been a nightmare with internet access.  Swapped out modem/router because all of a sudden the connection was constantly on and off.  5 long customer service calls with hard to understand agents but they also tried helping with our problem diligently, no discount on bill for constant interrupted internet service.  Returned a very old modem to help reduce the bill, instead the bill goes up. 

 

Would like to stay with Comcast, but financially it's not possible anymore.  Time to cut the cord.

Our only other choice is AT&T and I'm looking into it.  Done with Comcast!
