Poor customer service- $630 in 3 days for basic

On Thursday 9/28/17 my service was interuped for late payment. I have basic cable and internet for $80/month. It said i owe $325. I paid it that day. Balance due $0. Sunday 10/1/17 my service was interupted again. I log in and it says just 3 short days later i must pay minimum $303 to restore service again and total due $586! You would think my $325 payment from three days prior would keep my services active for at least a month. No phone call from support, just shut me off 3 days after a $325 payment. I dont know many people that can pay $630 in a 3 day span for tv/internet service. Im sure most of it is for fees. Retention offered me nothing. Frustrated with xfinity yet again.
