Please remove hard inquiry on my credit from comcast.

Please remove hard inquiry on my credit from comcast.

I have 2 hard inquiry on my credit that i didn't authorize, when i change my plan they told me that it would be a soft inquiry,  I have always paid my bill on time and in full every month. 

I'm wondering if there is something that can be done to remove this hard inquiry from my report that was placed there from Comcast?
