Plan price doubles after first year? Wow, how fun.

So nice to see my plan price for just internet nearly double from $45 to $85 after just one year of service. Makes me wonder if anyone really wants to keep my business.

And it's always nice to see that, just like cell phone companies, only 'new accounts' get the good offers for cheaper services.

Yep, and Dish, ATT, Direct TV, Fios, it's amazing how many still use this model really.But it must work as they all keep growing as a buisiness(es). Hopefully a agent here will see your post and get you into a new "promo".

I would definitely love to send a private message about this, but that feature seems to still be disabled. Clicking on 'send a private message' takes me to an empty xfinity web screen with no option to send any messages.
