Placed in to Contract without my knowledge or consent

I called to transfer my service (i was moving) and asked if there were any deals at the time.  I had not ever been under contract with Xfinity.  I was informed by the young lady who helped me that she was unable to get me a better deal, but due to my loyalty she could give me 3 months free HBO at my new location.  I thanked her and agreed.

 

I later found out, when i called to make change to my service, that i was under a 1 year commitment.  I was told this was a very good deal and i should be happy.  I asked several times for the recording to be reviewed becuase i was never made aware that i as being put under contract.  I was told this was not possible and the system was down.  That was the first call and roughly shy of an hour.  A couple days later I followed up with another call spending over an hour only to have the call ended and received no call back made.  Then i tried online chat and was only told i could be provided the contract, not the evidence that i agreed to the contract.  I tried another call tonight and made no progress and could not get a supervisor on the line either.  I have seen where this has been an issue on the forums and that the issues have been resolved.  At the beginning of this issue i simply wanted verification and removal of the contract.  At this point i have wasted way too much of my on time trying to rectify the issue.

 

Could anyone please assist with this issue?  Thank you.
