Payment arrangements

I am a Xfintiy/Comcast customer, I live in Houston/Harris county, and was affected by Hurricane Harvey.  I called to find out if there where any programs to assist victiums of Harvey, only to be transferred by several reps.  My question is are any fees being wavied, extention on payments without late fees.

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Team available to the Forums. A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.

I spoke with one represenative from Comcast he stated the fee for service would be wavied, however I still see a balance of 203.00 and a schedule turn  off.  No one has contacted me concerning the matter.  I will again call Comcast, however I have no expectation of your company to assist me in any way.  For all the money you guys make from customers and the fees you would think after the devistation our city has experience all customer of Camcast xfinity fee should be wavied or least discounted.
