Paying on last day of shut off notice

If services are due to be shut off at 10am and I just now at 7am paid online but online it says takes one day to process will my services be interrupted

Hi Shutoffnotice. As soon as you submit the payment on our web portal, the payment should hit our billing system in a pending status. This should keep your services active. If you'd still like assistance with your account's billing, please send me a private message and include your full name, service address, and account number so I can access your account.
