So, I'm really frustrated with trying to pay my bill online.

Everytime I log into my.xfinity.com to pay, it redirects me to the wifi on demand page that I used before establishing internet in my home with xfinity again.

 

Ultimately I had to go the play store and download the xfinity app and pay the bill with out logging in because it would send me right back to the wifi on demand page as if I wanted to purchase internet for a certain time.

 

This is really frustrating and is making me second guess if I made the right decision in coming back to comcast.

Hi Rmuhammad45,  apologies for your experiences trying to pay your bill online.  Please let me know if you are still being redirected to wifi on demand page.
