No Help for existing customers??

I love my comcast..I just can’t afford the bill being as high as it is and just want to save some money..I’m willing to trash my sports pack an voice if necessary but Comcast doesn’t downgrade? Wow...talk to someone via chat an was offered a good deal with the quad play but I live in an apartment with a strict old landlord an can’t use it so I’m out of the deal totally..asked for a triple play deal an no go..ask to go to a double play an it was another no go...I love my internet speed an channel line up..just want the rest to go so maybe I can save money an continue being a Comcast customer...any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated
