New account number is not associated with my email address

When I moved, I called for service for my new address. There were some issues trying to set me up, so the girl at support gave me a new account number. My email address is still associated with my old account number so when I log in to pay my bill, it shows a balance of $0. I need the old account number deleted and my email address associated to the new account number. I've called support several times to no avail. This has been going on fo 10 months. I'm on the phone forever and it never gets resolved. What do I do????

Hello Smichalzen, we would have to transfer your usernames from your old account to the new account. To do this I will need to verify your account information, please send me a private message verifying following information:

 

-First and last name of the account holder

-Primary phone number on the account

-The street address associated with your services

-Full account number

 

To send a private message, click on my name "ComcastAmir", then click private message me.
