Need to reduce my bill (or going elsewhere)

Looking for suggestions on reducing my bill, after "mainstream" efforts to work with Comcast some time ago failed.     

 

Right now I'm paying well over $200/month, for "triple play."    I don't need the VOIP, but was told I had to keep it lest I pay even more.     

 

To add insult to injury, I see that Comcast's new customer pricing appears to be about half of what I'm paying.

 

Looking at DirectTV + DSL (or maybe just using my phone as a hotspot) as a lower cost alternative, unless something can be done here.    Please help!

I'm in the same situation, my bill jumped to nearly $200 and we hardly watch the vast majority of the channels and on top of that ATT came through over the weekend and offered us a much lower rate.
