Need help lowering monthly bill

Hello,

 

I am over 2 years into xfinity, so I am out of contract at this time.  Since I started my agreement, my bill has gone up 37 percent.  I would like to know how I can lower my bill, or I will need to cancel my service before the next billing period.  If I need to do another two year agreement to do so, I'm ok with that.  Please let me know, thanks.

I apologize for the billing issues you have experienced. I would be happy to review the best promotions for your area with you. Hello, I sent you a private message with the required info, but I haven't heard back. This website is not very user friendly as I can't even send you another private message, nothing comes up when I try to do so on any internet explorer, and I have popups enabled.
