My child bought the XFINITY additional TV services unintentionally

Dear Sir/Madam of Bill Department,

I received my cable bill for the second time the other day. To my surprise, the bill  was  more about 50 dollars than supposed to be. It turned out that my child, a  six-year old kid , bought  a XFINITY additional TV services unintentionally. Could you please help me remove the extra cost for the sake of my child's innocence? Thank you very much!

Sincerely,

Mxk

In addition to getting the billing corrected, consider setting up a Purchase Pin on each of your cable boxes/DVRs. See https://www.xfinity.com/support/cable-tv/how-to-block-purchase-of-pay-per-view/ and/or https://www.xfinity.com/support/cable-tv/x1-parental-controls-turn-on-off/.

Nobody let me know about this before. Can anyone remove the extra cost for me?
