Last time noticed no credit on bill for buying my own modem thought I'd wait as I turned it in 2 days before the billing start date , well this month again no credit of course! Also scheduled 4 times for them to call me on their website with a 0 minute wait time! No call! I call them constant busy signal on my cell! Good thing have a land line! Finally got ahold of them got my credit! After they re entered my modem info we thought my cell would work to call them.... nope! 😡 I'll call back when I'm not so frustrated!
