My bill is too high!!!

My 12month contract just expired and my bill has shot up to around $218 (hd preferred double play (TV and internet) from a low of around 125..which was due to a 89.99 double play promotion. I left Direct TV because of this same thing bill was just super high after the promotion.Now I think should I cancel my cable and go back to a 29.99 satellite promotion???. Are there any promotions available for an existing customer. I have been a customer for 3 years .Is there something I can get? I need help.. I'm almost considering getting sling TV ..I just cant take it . Xfinity has great service but the price is killing me....!!!!!
