Multiple hard credit inquires on the same day

I noticed 2 hard inquires on my Equifax credit report on March 31, 2016.  One from Comcast- Knoxville and one from Comcast - Modesto.

This error has negatively affected my credit. I'd like this issue resolved as soon as possible please.
