Moving and no longer need services

I will be moving at the end of the month to a complex that already includes wifi and television services - I will no longer need xfinity. Does anyone know if you can just cancel the service upon move out? Or if xfinity will continue to charge...?

You cant cancel. Stop payment and turn in equipment NOW. It takes months to stop service. And they don't care.
