I actually have another instance of this unfair residential billing fee that I found out from my mother this weekend. A couple of weeks ago her cable on the pole outside.was ripped apart by the dog in the neighbors yard. Her entire service was out for 2 days which included here security system. The tech came and fixed the line outside and only came into her house to check that her service was back on. This months bill for her had the $70 residential service fee. This is a 75 year old woman who is alone and can barely afford the regular rate let alone these other unwarrented charged.
