Lowering my bill

I have repeatedly tryig to lower my bill due to financial issues at this time. I have called customer solutions and all they said were options that would increase the bill.  A new customer can basically receive the same package I currently have for half the price. I am a long time customer, who is getting scrxwed. If someone can not help me I will be forced to change service providers. It is actually cheaper for me to pay the early termination fee then it is to pay my bill. I have also heard people calling and getting a better price offered- me nope I was told they can lower my bill by $20. My husband is ready to go somewhere else Smiley Sad I would hope that there is a solution to this and someone will respond to this message.
