Lowering my Monthly Bill

I would like to lower my monthly bill as it continues to rise.  I cannot find any listed promotions for existing customers and was wondering how I would locate these.  I am absolutely willing to downgrade my services as I do not use some of the add-ons that I currently have.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
