Lower my high bill

Lower my high bill

My bill was $145 and then IT jump to $256 And now it just to much. I have the triple play but never use the phone service i only sign up for because the rep told me it would lower my bill at the time. This was when they first started the triple play i haven't changed anything. I have 2 premium channel. Hbo and starz witch are included and the lower internet mps.my family has The same package and pay way less. Can any one help me lower my bill
