Lower my Xfinity Bill Please: Can someone assist me?

I have had Xfinity for cable and Internet for 2 years now. I'm assuming my "promo" rate has expired and my bill skyrocketed from $160 to $204/month. I can not afford that rate. I am happy with everything. I noticed I'm paying a $14.50 Internet Blast speed increase, which I'm wondering if thats necessary? Even reducing it by 14.50, it will still be to high for my budget.  I currently have the Preferred XF Double Play (includes Digital Preferred, TV Box, and Performance Pro Internet).  Bottom line is can a representative contact me with some lower rate or options? I'm not very happy with my current bill, and I like to remain an Xfinity customer. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!   (I don't want the voice option, just tv and Internet)  I called on the phone and basically got nowhere with the customer service reps, so I'm hoping this forum will assist.
