Lied to by Comcast!

In July 2016, one month after I donated a kidney, a Comcast CSR was absolutely horrible to me and almost put me back in the hospital.

 

I took my complaint all the way to the corporate office and was promised a $70.01 discount to be applied for the next 24 months. 

 

I received my bill three weeks ago and the discount was not applied. 

 

I called customer service on August 16 and was told it would be handled in 24 hours. It wasn't.

 

I called back on August `18 and was told it would need to be escalated but that it would be handled by the next week.

 

On August 23, I called again and was told not to worry, it would be handled by the end of the week. 

 

I called again on August 28 and was told by a CSR "I know what to do. Trust me, this wll be handled in 24 hours."

 

It was not. 

 

I am back on the phone with customer service AGAIN and now, after lying to me for two weeks and wasting my time, you are telling me it has to be handled through corporate office anyway. What is going on over there? Why did you promise something you had no intention of doing? 

 

I want my discount back!!

 

You have wasted my time and lied to me for two weeks!

Your customer service agent called me a liar today. She was rude, unyielding. After 12 years as a customer.
