Lied to about early termination fee

I have been sent to collections for an early termination bill that was not legitimate. When I cancelled the account I was told our account was paid in full and there was not a termnination fee. Several months later, I received a notice from a collections agency. When I called Comcast to figure out what was wrong, the first person said this was in error and they were gong to transfer me to someone that could correct it. They transfered us to someone who had no knowlage of my prior conversation and then gave us the run around and eventually hung up on us. Horrible customer service and no resolution.
