With hurricane Harvey I was not able to make my payment on time is there anyway My late fees can be waived

Hello, Grizzaffi. It doesn't look like you've been assessed a late fee for your most recent payment at this time. I'll keep an eye on your account and will follow up with you on Tuesday in case the charge just hasn't populated yet in our system.

Good morning, Grizzaffi. I've reviewed your account's billing again and can confirm that there was no late fee associated with your most recent payment. If you notice that you were assessed a late fee when you receive your next billing statement please reach back out to us so I can waive the charge for you.
