Late Charge?

We mailed our payment on September 6th. The due date is September 15th.

Because of the hurricane, our payment hasn't peen posted to our account yet.

Will we be charged a late fee?

Hi sabtcb --  We are understanding that USPS mail will be delayed due to the extensive damage the recent hurricane caused. At this time we are reviewing late fee charges on all impacted accounts. No late fees will be applied for late payments due to the impact of the hurricane.
