Jump in bill price...not cool.

Jump in bill price...not cool.

I chatted online this morning with a rep about the jump in price of my bill and eventually was told to call to have my issue resolved. I called customer service and still I am told that there was nothing that could be done get my bill into a price range that was acceptable without losing some current services. And previously I was under no contract but the deal you want to give me is a 2-year contract. I am really disappointed with Xfinity and it's inability to negotiate better with your longer standing customers.
