Issue with Monthly Billing charges - NOT A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER

I  have a dispute I need resolved.  I was supposed to be locked into a 2 yr agreement for both internet and cable for which Comcast did not uphold the terms to this agreement.  This alone makes me very angry and has been from what I've not only found with myself but with most people who talk about Comcast and it's service along with Integrity (or lack thereof).

Because of this, I am now being charged a much higher rate for my service than what I can afford, otherwise I will have to cancel service.

I want to know a couple of things

1.) Can you keep my service as is and billed at the same rate as agreed upon last year?

2. If not, what would my rate be if I keep internet only and drop the cable?

3. Do you have a basic cable which would allow me to stream only the shows that I want and pay for only shows I watch? If so, what is this called and how much is it?
